ZDM (Zhenzhi) Machinery & Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, which was specialized in mould design, manufacture and sale. As one of the leading enterprises in die casting mould field, our company mainly produces die casting dies of automobile parts, motor parts, telecommunication parts and civil products, etc. Some of which are exported to Italy, America, Japan, India, Malaysia, Ukrain, etc.
Located in Beilun Auto Parts Industrial Zone, our company covers an area of 13,300 m2 and workshop area of over 10,000 m2, and owns more than 100 employees, including 35 technical people. The company has introduced various advanced equipments, including 11 high-speed CNC machining centers, 8 high-precision EDM, 12 wire cut electrical discharge machines, 2 die spotting machines and more than 30 sets of other relevant machines, as well as the American Brown Sharp COMERO and other high precision measurement equipments. Besides, our company uses the international advanced mould flow simulation system, and also CAD/CAM/CAE 2D & 3D designing software. For further development, our company has introduced 2 die casting machines, which are 400T & 500T.
